It has been a busy summer so far with albums being recorded, produced, mixed & mastered. Magnum are in the final throes, Big Wolf Band are well into their next studio album. Mike Davids has recorded a live studio album and other clients have been getting great reviews Ant Green, Sig & The Fire Pilots, Never Stay Down to name a few. Also our regulars each year the Light & Life Mission have recorded 2 more albums. Phew!! We are looking forward to the next few months with more work clicking in to our diary.
Are you a music producer / engineer who would like to have their own studio to be based from?
Mark is looking for a partner, or someone who could take over in full maybe, but where he could perhaps maybe remain as a ‘figurehead’/ part time producer engineer.
Please note this is NOT a job offer, Mark is looking for someone to invest in a going concern with the intention to keep it going!!
Mark can provide a full detailed inventory and specific details to anyone who is seriously looking for a studio to base themselves and bring in more work.
Why now? Well, Mark is 67 and he would like to think he could retire, or semi-retire in the relatively near future from running the studio. He also writes and records his own compositions.
The studio is ripe for expansion of working hours and services and would benefit from someone with some experience to come in on this.
For genuine interested parties please in the first instance contact Mark with your email address and any links to ‘history’ and he will reply to that so he can perhaps start a conversation.
We are really happy with all of the reactions to our new website and must thank Alex Vann Design www.alexvanndesign.co.uk/ for all his efforts.
We are delighted to launch a new look for M2 studios. We've worked with a local designer to create some modern branding and a new website which we hope you will enjoy.
The new logo comes from the image of the Mad Hatter's top hat from Alice in Wonderland: consisting of a stylised price tag to look like an 'M'. and the top of the hat represents the number '2' to make 'M2'.
Variations of the logo for different purposes.
The website heavily features the corporate colours of the branding and has sections about our history, services, personnel and equipment for those that want to find out more. It was built with smart phones in mind so hopefully potential customers can quickly find what they are looking for and make a booking.
