Mark, is a freelance producer/engineer but is the studio's main in house engineer and has been in the recording industry business for some twenty years. Mark has a great knowledge of the industry and has worked with many top recording artistes and producers in the past including Balaam and The Angel, Phil Lynott, Magnum, Mighty Lemon Drops, Neds Atomic Dustbin, Pop Will Eat Itself, Rusty Lee, Rozalla, Slade, Wonderstuff, Kit Woolvern, Steve Lillywhite, Steve Brown, Robert Plant, to name a few.

Not only has Mark worked within many professional recording studios, he also has had many years of experience out on tour with bands, including Magnum and Phil Lynott doing front of house sound from small clubs to large indoor and outdoor festivals both in the U.K and Europe.

Sheena is a freelance producer/engineer working mainly in conjuction with Mark.  She has a BA(hons) in Sound Technology from Paul McCartney’s world-famous school, the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts (LIPA).  She has been working at Mad Hat since leaving university in 2003.
